i stay feeling fresher and better over all than i did back then, and i'm getting better results at this point. That probably has more to do with your appropriate training stress. Effectively you're further away from failure on most of your sets. And because of that, you're not out kicking your coverage with respect to managing ini and not trying to force weights that arn't there on a given day. We just don't have a good time line for how quickly these things improve. So somebody said that they added 15 pounds to their squat in two weeks? In my brain i'm like oh wow!
