Trauma Healing
It's such a beautiful practice. You're meeting yourself on such a deeper level and creating new pathways. That's what I feel it is doing and that is what trauma healing is in general really. That's like sitting with the thing and again not really overthinking it or letting it become you which I think we can do with trauma Like we can sit in it and then go into a blame story or think about why this happened to blah, blah, blah and like that stuff is all well and good too if you want to do like the mental side of things but understanding and just sitting with the actual body's experience of it is the most powerful part.
