Apple is going to start rejecting apps if they don't do the correct pinky swearing. They have a phased program to try to get people used to it, but you're just going to get scolded and hopefully that will get you to Google it and enter it or whatever. The whole point is like, oh, in case we get sued, like good luck suing Apple for rejecting your app. So basically, if we decide to bring the hammer down, it's so easy to find a violation.
