My job is really just to come in and give advice based on the 20-odd experience I've been doing it and some guidance. What I would sort of term more if you imagine a bowling lane and there's buffers that come up on the side so I keep the ball roughly in the lane that's all my job really is here. So just providing support when I believe the decision that everyone is making is correct as long as we've done what we believe to be correct at the time.
