Fasting Longer Than 24 Hours Is a Good Idea

Shortening the window in which you're eating a little bit can be really helpful because we are all technically fasting at night unless you're waking up every three hours to eat so everyone is capable of fasting. The longer fast I think are really fascinating because there's some cool research coming out about the gut reset aspect and then also once you hit past that three or five day point the ability of it to kind of like create a topology in the body and do some cellular cleanup. "I get all my best recipe testing done when I'm on a long fast and I'm not eating at all"
