The train of four ratio is the figure I often hear quoted today. It's really just looking at one small range across a much larger spectrum of neuromuscular and blockade. We just happen to be blind until we have enough blocked that we start to see a decrease in train of 4 ratio. But you have to have 80% of your acetylcholine receptors blocked before you see the first decrease in train Of Four Ratio.
