The court is trying to walk a very thin line on the fourteenth amendment. If you ever get another left wing majority on the court again, and it's all policy to them, they're going to go right back to using the fourteenth Amendment in their decisions. The idea that if something wasn't illegal, you had a right to itis nonsequiter. And i of course, expected that reason would come out with some kind of argument that there was constitutional right to abortion in response to this decision. But that was laughable. I thought, i like to andrew yang's comment that it's hard to escape the conclusion that the court has become political. So i said,
