How to Scale a Community?

Building a community is like building a fire. Fires feel magical, but they don't come together by magic. There can be an order of operations you can adopt to create a community that burns bright and there's still this element of nurturing it. The third phase being like, past the torch. Spark spark the flame. Past the torch, where you are trying to build a resilient community. I think part of it is growth. But i also think about am, you know, passing the torch is really rooted in developing leadership within the community. And without all those sort of thing, you aren't going to continue to thrive. This ils element of like seeing what comes in anddnfeeding
