The Golden Aura of Serapis

Serapis's eyes widen as he regards his halo. No one dares to protest against Bastet's decision. They can already hear the steps of the Pharaoh's retinue, descending the temple staircase. The golden aura around Serapis spreads to also wave the Pharaoh's final resting place in its light. A doorway opens there, where his sarcophagus will be laid. Only Serapis sees what is on the other side,. but he doesn't say a word. One by one, Mahas, Armin and Huttaru file past their youngest sibling. And then, the eldest children of Bastet step out of Serapis's way.
