The Importance of Failure in Biblical Studies

Suffering God without God in Christ is a phrase that's Moltmanian in origin. I think the idea that biblical scholars and systematic theologians can work in isolation from each other needs to just die forever. What have you learned through failure in your work? It definitely keeps you humble sometimes it's a bit too crushing. How do you find time to write books co-lead a church teach, lead a family and lead a theological college? Plan everything really carefully so  I spend a lot of time planning as much as I do working.
