CHAPTER

A lot of moslem law is connected with what we would think of as religious practice, and not with criminal activity. In fact, traditional islamic law has very little to say about criminal law. It's about inheritance law - just to ther eldest son. And it's enforced by appeal to the court of the kadi. The kadi emerges very early in islamic history as the tor and decide cades.
