Is There a Conelerity in IIT?

In physics, we can derive sort of unique principle from actions or postulates. But in IIT, only from actions, we cannot derive unique cone body which is in integrated information. So different schools are approaching the birth. They give quite a bit of a different note. That seems to me is a similar problem to the level problem, but this time is you don't have the exclusion criteria to select a theory which is better.
