Game Pass has changed over the course of time. You had maybe five million subscribers when stated to K3 came out. Back then, there wasn't really a lot of must-have games to sign up for. Now they have day one titles from indies to bigger AAA Ask Games like Wollong and atomic heart. So what Phil was saying is 100% the truth in 2018, but not necessarily the truth as of right now.
