The Relationship Between Shepherd and Sheep
If you see someone sneaking into a house, something's off. You're either a thief or a robber, or you're a child that wasn't supposed to leave. When the porter knows and sees, oh yeah, you come on in. What the Lord is asking us here is how well do you know him? Do you know him as the good shepherd? Are you the porter in this? You'd let him in? This guy's the limit. He's everything here. He's the Lamb of God. He'm the good shepherd. He'sThe door of the sheep. We know who he is. He knows who we are. And as we'll see later on
