The Irish Women's Liberation Movement's Contraception Train
The Irish Women's Liberation Movement decided to make a stand on contraception and organise what was known as the contraceptive train. When they got to the North, they discovered that you can't just buy the pill in the chemist. You have to have a prescription. So what were they to do? Well, they bought lots of aspirin and decided they would just tell the customs that these were the contraceptives. And the old geezers at the borders would know any different. But they did also buy condoms and spermicidal jelly. They asked for an IUD, which to my ears sounds more like a Loreliss terror group anyway. That sounds fun. This won't be a woman.
