Karl Marx: In every stage of history, there comes along a group of people whose pride and independence is not the same. The modern class of the proletariat stand for the future; their objections to being exploited have a more objective status because they are more in the mainstream of history. So, therefore, you see, Thomas Jefferson was right and Karl Marx is right. Who could be more right than they? That's the pseudo answer which he gave - again, in quotes.
