The data unions are definitely going to be upper class. That's what elites do. Anybody who could have capacity to create new memetic desires, novel desires will be the elite. And any other data is so useless because the rest of the data is just replicating and replicates and replicating. This is the netocratic elite. This is a minority that will run on top of the digital and around the world but they will then resign from being in the limelight. They will go secluded. They will pay for being secluded.
