The Squire and the Fallacy of Antonius Block
"I just had a full epiphany. And I'm so drawn to the squire who has this much more cynical. This is just about life," he says. "Even though the night is disappointed in his lack of mystical revelation, in some way, the squire is confronted with the opposite truth." The film's last scene sees Antonius block (Ed La Harre) come face-to-face with death and discover that it may not be unknowing.
