The Artarchy and the Autark and the Claw of the Conciliator

The claw of the conciliator gets introduced in shadow of the torture as sort of this mystical object and it's plopped in cevarian's pouch without him even knowing about it. Cevarian holds on to this claw through because he says this is something that i have to return to the palerines. One of the strange universal motivations moving forward is i need to get this object to the people it belongs to right but he wavers on that.
