Tea, a Symbol of Class
Benjamin Ambut says tea is a cultural signifier of class in the UK. It's long been seen as a symbol of class in our ever shifting society. The real class warl is between these capucino sipping, metropolitan alete types versus a are like builders, traditional industrial working class. But does it actually influence politics? He thinks if you picked somebody from the street they might be more likely to say something about coffee that they drink rather than maybe the means out.
