Is There Anything Written Down About Turing?
I think if Turing had been alive, we'd maybe be a decade on from where we are with some of these areas. Did he think like Penrose that the brain was quantum based? I could imagine him thinking along those lines. And certainly he was a great influence on Penrose. It's just such a fascinating field. I wish I could go and look over some of the archives that might not have been fully gone through yet. But at least I did have the opportunity to visit Hara'it and set at his desk or what might be a facsimile of it,. but he had this reputation of talking about artificial intelligence.
