Many of us have got disrupted gut microbiomes, you know, because of the way we're living our lives. And I think many of the patients who come to see me with who are not feeling well, have already got disrupted gut microbiome. So sometimes when they eliminate certain foods in the short term, actually, because you could eliminate grains and a lot of the processed stuff as well. That's really good, simple advice. It doesn't necessarily mean that that needs to be the long term approach.
