What Was the Ottoman Empire's Response to the Balkan Wars?

The ottoman empire was in a downward spiral, losing their control on the balkans. The europeans forced the ottomans to enact reforms that often benefited the europeans more than them. Nationalism spread through the empire, from the turks to the arabs and bosnians. Some members of the illyrian movement even hoped to unite with the moslem basnians.
