Weens' Birthday Boy
The song has been sampled and in a pretty unusual way, it shows up at the beginning and end of Weens' Birthday Boy from the God Weens Satan album. This is more Weens' references than I was expecting in the point episode. There's also a series of rapid cuts between images of winter that is astonishingly effective in the context of the especially intense instrumental parts after the verses. In the sink, the line and through the window in the wall comes streaming in on Sunlight Weens a million bright ambassadors of mourning. The last lines with the fairies ice skating to the music always hit me especially hard.
