The Influence of Medernik on Europe
Medernik saw Europe at large as basically an extension of Austria. He believed this peace and stability had to be maintained also by maintaining a stable social order. Many monarchs and ministers all around Europe agreed with him, so he had very wide influence in his heyday. On the other hand, radicals and nationalists of various stripes saw him as their great bet and war.
