We're All in This Together, and We Can Move Forward

The first two sessions it was like fighting till ike, weigt to score your point. And there's no point to score. It's just listening to somebody tell their story. By the end of it, do we agree on everything? No, of course not. Do we agree on all the solutions? No, because these issues are really difficult. But what we were able to do was say, like, hay, we're all in this together and we can move forward.
