Isi, I'm in Denial, Just Like We All Do
i use the worm the term power for a very specific reason. Power is something that we can measure in terms of energy transfer, but it's also something that relates to our daily human experience. We're obsessed with power in all its forms, social power as well as physical power. i know when i am starting to feel in really anxious and depressed, and i take time off. I go walking in nature. And the other thing i do is a displacement activity, which is something creative for me. It's music. And just younow, creating beauty, to me, is is an essential human activity. The more of that we do, generally speaking, the saner we are.
