The University of Waterloo's Natural Experiment

There are a few natural experiments of this happening so like the university of waterloo as a kind of natural experiment right they're in canada they don't have to do affirmative action. hillsdale which refuses to comply with civil rights law doesn't even take money from federal government for student loan and student aid uh i think hillsdale graduates probably do well  i mean there's a conservative network of people like it's not like everyone is in the world it's notlike coca-cola or watson'sdale over harvard or anything but you know i think there is a network of like conservative people who like think hillsdale. You could see state university systems evolve in this direction
