Andrew Padilla: My background is in software engineering. One of my main focuses, I think, for the topical at least start with today is the topic around open data and what we can learn from that. He says there's a lot to be learned for solving that problem and bringing it, hence, from the outside into the enterprise. The title of this is data collaboration for the outside in.
