Vaccine Candidate - Is That Really Happening Now?
There is a formal system that through the World Health Organization assesses what we call candidate vaccine is for age five. Data is gathered from surveillance in animals and people and effectively they bank strains that show differences. It's difficult, of course, to know which strain would it be that might cause infection in humans. So this work has been going on in the background for some number of years now.
