We have an overall strategy, you know, we have division. As long as these ideas fit within that vision, fine. I mean, we do come with ideas that sometimes are out of division. In our industry, things, conditions change and you need to adapt. So you constantly change things,. But yeah, we have, we have the vision there and we do change plans. We do because it's how in the industry is. That's how the industry thinks. It's very crypto-orientated so when certain things change in a particular jurisdiction, youknow, you have to adapt instantly. You have to have the right structure in place to react fast or try to anticipate certain changes
