The European Guidelines for Lidocaine Dosing

I love the European guidelines and I have to reference them a lot with my lidocaine defense. My question is outside of you know the critical care specialist how many non-specialists or you know general folks even know lidocaine is in the crash cart? Know the dosing of it. You know all my students if if they make me proud they should be able to know the amioderone dosing right off the top of their head in cardiac arrest but I don't think many of them could tell me the lidocaine dosing.
