Is Netflix Going to Be a Premium Provider?

I don't think that HBO is going to be forced to go to advertising no no certainly not. All these other providers have another company behind them like HBO has AT&T and Time Warner right right? And obviously Disney has Disney you know and peacock has NBC Universal and all those other things but Netflix is just it's just Netflix, he says. I mean for the most part other than Prime but Prime is so huge that it it can afford not to be. Is there any thought of a merger between Paramount Plus and  peacock?
