"It's naive to believe that we don't need it at some point," Jesse Jackson says of police training. "I'm not an expert on training, I want to sort of wall off myself and just talk personally about how I view it rather than from some sort of expertise level" He was a canine officer for about the last five years of his career: "It was the best job of my life, but it's also a very difficult job."
