Appellate Court Denies Ronny's Motion to Retrial

Ronny and michael have soldiered on. They remain adamant that the facts of the case don't offer any solid proof that ronny knowingly and deliberately intended to kill this plain clothes policeman. The court said, in effect, we won't grant you a re trial, but we do have some concerns bout how you ere sentenced. And so far they've gotten, well, very little in the way of relief.
