"I don't have anything to do hiring people anymore. I let my guys hire the people," he says. "If they don't want to work with them, I sure as fuck don't want insert somebody in there and then have them be like, dude, I didn't pick this guy." In both of your companies, is it formal or is it informal? He's still in every interview but has started to bring in other people because he wants them to feel part of it.
