Is There a Great Filter or Do We Have One Yet?

I think the question is can there be like another Hiroshima Nagasaki moment without the full exchange right so I mean I've got to believe they're going to get used again someday but you know are they used once or you know a tit for tat exchange and then that's it. No one uses nuclear weapons because they're afraid of the retaliation but yeah it's it's frightening to think that we are closer now than we ever have been to using nukes.
