iju: I've adapted my training to focus more on sleep deprivation. The biggest difference that i the biggest thing h t i've implemented in my training is, like, once or twice a month, i'll do a sleep deprivation training run. So just getting used to that, running when it's dark, going to sleep, waking up and continuing to run. For me, iju, it's been such a transition from going from amarathon even to an ultra marithon.
