Is There a Constant Crash of Anti-Money Laundering Laws?
We've seen this continual creep of AML laws, a so-called anti-money laundering. And we've arguably seen insufficient concern for human rights and effectiveness. How did it become this way? Well, I'm going to venture out on a bit of history and science here. The project team that the financial action task force is was set up in 1989. Until today, it's still a project. It has never become an international organization. If I were to be onboarding FATF, I'd see a lot of red flags.
