The Importance of Journaling

I was Heidi in the musical Heidi in Seattle and they had to eliminate all of my solos. They realized during the rehearsal process, this little girl can't sing. Do you keep a diary or a journal? I journal. How do you journal with a baby and working? Honestly, journaling is what helps me keep my sanity.
