The National Security Implications of Solar Geo Engineering

Solar geo engineering is a contested intervention that happens based on small groups of countries or single movers. It could cost tens of billions of dollars per year, but perhaps it could be done on the cheap for an order of magnitude less. To do it right requires advanced, specialized aircraft and monitoring equipment. But to do it on sloppy, let's say, just to get some stuff up in the upper atmosphere, might not require such novel equipment. And given that all countries agree that globali changes bad or tuno act on it, there's potential for co operation in this.
