You could definitely have a moment of silence. I think it's on a Beastie Boys album where there's a certain rhythm pattern going for a period of time, then the song stops and then a new thing starts. It'd be like a reprise of sorts, but similar to what we discussed with the Goldberg variations. What from non-Western music has influenced you the most?
