The Particularity of Vocations

There's no platonic form of a vocation. Vocations are incarnate. They're not, you know, we can romanticize about the married life. But they're real things that God calls us to. He calls us to real particular things at a particular time in history with particular people. I said the word particular 35 times. That's how it works. And then we, this cooperation with these graces that move us. So St. Francis says: "You have to go"
