Is There a Need to Regulate High Capacity Magazines?
Most guns that in most parts of the country are sold standard with 17 round or morea magazine capacity. Most rifles that our magazine fed will come with 30 round magazines, standard in the vast majority of the country. High cap city magazines mean you have a better likelihood of surviving a self defense shooting but reloading a magazine when your life is under threat is going to make it more likely that you're not going to survive that encounter. Police officers are always exempted from these restrictions.
