How Yoga Can Help You Deal With Your OCD
Allison's OCD is much more under control. I do a lot of yoga which helps me to stay in the present. My OCD even now flares when I'm in a time of stress or change like I'm pulled away from kind of my grip on reality really. And I have the ability now to when I start getting really OCD that is a sign to me that we got to we need to pause. We need to take care of ourselves my dog is snoring.
