The Christian Mind Set

In 15 forty three, copernicus put forth the idea that maybe the earth doesn't stand still. It took 200 more years for the church to officially repeal the prohibition against believing that the earth rotates around the sun. But eventually, christians all adopted what copernicus and galileo put forth centuries before. Inerancy is in trying to make the bible into a modernist text book. By the twentieth century, there were many attempts to make sure that the bible fit with scientific findings.
