i think that history is repeating itself. There's absolutely a class thing going on. In south america, people of yono, middle and lower middle class are converting to protestantism in droves. In the us, it's people who go to harward who convert to catholicism from protestantism. And so this is why you see lots of a mexican working class are now converting to southern baptists or say, sn baptists. But like every event, now, every evangelical is just different against abortion too, but i don't know if it's more catholic or more conservative.
