Curtis Roberts was arrested for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. He told agents that if they made his charges public, it would be a death sentence. The arrest could put the whole Silk Road community in jeopardy. Ross had set out to build a grand libertarian experiment but now he was willing to have people killed before the cause.
