Mastodon Is a Cool Thing

Mastodon is really a cool thing it does not matter which instance or server that you join just join one of them. I do love the idea that because the technology is so open that if I wanted to use my Mastodon client of choice we'll talk about in just a second. The tapbox people just yesterday created an app called ivory and well they've been beta testing it for some time. It leverages a lot of the user interface design cues from Tweetbot so if you've used Tweetbot it feels right at home. We're using mostly for our Mastodon needs so the main app is bad but there's no reason why anyone shouldn't be able to get on Twitter
