There's been a lot of debate and discussion about, why haven't there been a bigger pickup in oil production unitedstates. I think one reason is a lot of oil companies got locked into low spending plans during coved,. So they were a little bit slower off the floor than they would have been. Another effect that we're beginning to see as an increase in capital costs. There's starting to be a push amongst lending, amongst lenders, amongst the financial industry, to de carbonize their lending portfolios.
